1. Warm up the ready-made tortilla.

2. Spread the peanut butter down the center of the tortilla. Add the pre-cooked chicken, and the carrots, greens and coriander.

3. Fold in the edges of the tortilla inwards. Roll the tortilla up.

4. Slice in half and serve.
